While our 2004 shingle roof worked fine (no leaks) we know insurance companies seem to be dropping anyone with a 15+ year roof. Got proposals from 3 companies recommended on local pages. Freedom came in lowest. Went with metal roof, also replaced/updated skylight. Great team onsite, and owner returned all my calls if he was unable to answer right away. Very happy with end product. Will follow up on this post if we ever need to call them back under the 5-year warranty, but (fingers crossed) so far so good! Highly recommend.
