Very expensive they charged us for permit, and did not pull it. Only when we called did we receive our money back from the non pulled permit, which he said we did not need. Why did he not tell us that before.
Response by Freedom Roofers, LLC: The job we signed was not for a permitted flat roof (which we were initially solicited to repair per the description above). We made a mistake by leaving that line item on the estimate and credited back the customer as soon as she pointed it out to us. This job we signed was 4 different areas of repair including two valleys and a ridge cap and the price was $2,000. If you would like us to do an estimate for you and you think that is an expensive price for 4 repairs, then please take that into consideration. The repair was done last April and the review is from this September after Irma and a few days of Gale force wind and rain. So in the end… this is really a testament that we did a good job and it did not leak ….perhaps the price was money well spent?
